What will likely be the final GOP debate before the January 3rd Iowa caucuses will take place later this evening from the Sioux City Convention Center in Sioux City, Iowa. The debate is sponsored by Fox News and will feature seven of the current GOP candidates.

Romney will skip debate moderated by Donald Trump

Mitt Romney has now added his name to the list of candidates deciding to skip the December 27th GOP debate which is slated to be moderated by the one and only Donald Trump. Both Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman have also said they will pass on the event as well.

Ron Paul hits Newt Gingrich in new web ad

With Iowa looking more like a 3 or 4 person race, currently showing Newt Gingrich at the top, the gloves have come off and the sights are set squarely on the former House Speaker. Bombshell: Herman Cain drops out of 2012 race (Video added)
